Role Description This full-time remote Business Intelligence (BI) role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions that support strategic decision-making for clients. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, building reports and dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across BI tools. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and recommending data-driven improvements. The BI professional will also support ongoing optimization of data models,



ETL processes, and data warehousing environments, while documenting solutions and providing user support and training in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analytics to derive insights and support business decisions.
- Proficiency in data concepts and tools, including experience with PowerBI, Tablau, Go High Level.
- Applied knowledge of data modeling, including the design of efficient and scalable data structures.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) and SQL-based querying.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms and databases (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with global teams.
