We're a fully remote team and are looking for a talented Junior PR Coordinator to support our growing PR department.

About the Role

You'll work closely with a Senior PR Lead to execute media outreach campaigns for U.S.-based clients.

This is a hands-on media relations position focused on journalist research, pitch development, follow-ups, and campaign coordination. You'll help keep campaigns moving, identify new media opportunities, and make sure no potential placements fall through the cracks.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with existing PR experience who wants to develop their skills and grow within an international agency.

Key Responsibilities

- Media Outreach & Follow-ups: Manage journalist follow-ups, maintain relationships with media contacts, and keep opportunities moving toward publication.
- Media Research: Research U.S. journalists, publications, and relevant coverage opportunities across different industries.
- Media List Building: Build, verify, and maintain targeted media lists for outreach campaigns.
- Pitch Development: Draft compelling media pitches and tailor approved pitches to individual journalists and publications.
- Coverage Monitoring: Track earned media placements, monitor published coverage, and maintain accurate campaign records.




- Campaign Coordination: Support multiple client campaigns, keep trackers updated, and coordinate interviews and podcast appearances.
- Reporting: Contribute to weekly campaign updates and monthly client reports.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of professional public relations or media relations experience.
- Direct experience working with the U.S. media market is required, including pitching or engaging with American journalists and publications.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to write natural, persuasive media pitches.
- Understanding of earned media, journalist outreach, and how editorial coverage is secured.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours.
- Based in Argentina or elsewhere in Central or South America.

Nice to Have

- Previous experience at a PR or digital PR agency.
- Experience with media databases such as Cision or Muck Rack.
- Experience securing media placements for U.S. clients.
- Familiarity with SEO and the value of earned editorial backlinks.
