About Optima Juris

When attorneys schedule a deposition or hearing, they need court reporters, legal videographers, transcripts, interpreters, and often a remote video setup. Optima Juris arranges all of it, so a law firm can book everything in one place instead of contacting several vendors. We have more than 25 years of experience and handle proceedings in person, online, and internationally.

The role

You’ll report to the Director of Marketing and own campaigns from concept and copy to design, publishing, and reporting. You’ll start on Optima Juris. Once you’re trained on our brand, you’ll also support Interpret Group, our language and communications sister brand. Legal industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Key responsibilities:

- Plan and run content campaigns from concept to launch, in line with the marketing strategy and calendar
- Write, edit, and proofread content for our website, blog, Linked In, and other social channels, newsletters, email, and print materials
- Design campaign graphics, social posts, email layouts, and print materials within our brand guidelines
- Optimize content for search engines and AI answer engines (SEO/AEO)
- Build and publish pages and emails in Word Press and Hub Spot
- Research industry trends, competitors, and the questions our clients ask
- Report monthly on traffic, rankings, engagement, and leads, with recommendations
- Work with various internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of content marketing initiatives to brand and service goals.

Requirements:

- Possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree, preferably in marketing, communications, journalism, design, or a related field
- Have at least three years of experience in B2B content marketing
- Native-level or fluent written and spoken English, with a portfolio of published long-form work
- Experience writing about technical or regulated subjects (for example: legal, financial, healthcare, insurance, B2B SaaS, or professional services)
- Design skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
- Hands-on SEO experience, including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster Tools
- Experience publishing in Word Press and Hub Spot
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana
- Ability to manage your own workload on a remote team

Nice to have:

- Experience in legal, litigation support, or language/translation services
- AEO writing experience

Terms

- Full-time contract, fully remote
- Standard 8-hour workdays with at least 4 hours of daily overlap with 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Pacific Time
- Internet and work-related expenses reimbursed
- Gym or wellness membership reimbursement

About AI

We use AI tools in our work, but we ask you to write your cover letter yourself, without AI tools. Please be open about how you use AI in your portfolio pieces. For example, you might use AI for research, outlining, writing a first draft, editing, or creating images. Finalists will complete a short writing exercise and create a social media mock-up.
