Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support to develop convincing value propositions, marketing collateral, advertising opportunities, etc. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new markets, trends, opportunities, and areas for growth within the food processing and industrial markets. Strategic Planning: Develop, execute, and oversee a strategic business development plan to achieve sales growth targets and expand Bettcher Industries' market share. Lead Generation & Conversion:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through brand recognition, lead generation and conversion, networking, and relationship building. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the product and technical teams to create compelling proposals that address client requirements and showcase Bettcher Industries' capabilities. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, including pricing discussions and contract terms, to successfully close deals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in business development, sales, or market expansion within South America, preferably in Argentina, Colombia, and Chile.
