You’ll coordinate cross-functional, highly skilled teams to ensure smooth execution, foster team growth, and build strong, lasting client relationships.What You’ll Do:- Support organizational effectiveness by executing and following strategic technology plans.- Organize and monitor project outcomes; provide coaching and guidance to team members, coordinate company procedures and policies.- Foster reliable communication and a work environment, develop team relationships, and identify opportunities for professional growth to build staff retention.- Evaluate and optimize billable utilization,
