We are looking for an Amazon VA who can help keep our Amazon operations running smoothly while supporting profitable growth through strong platform execution and PPC management.This role is a fit for someone who is comfortable working inside Amazon day to day, takes ownership of assigned work, and follows through consistently.
You will support account performance across listings, PPC, and operational tasks, while working closely with an external agency that provides strategic direction.
Success in this role comes from being dependable, detail-oriented, and able to execute well within a structured process.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain Amazon Seller Central accounts and product listingsLaunch, monitor, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns for profitable growthIdentify account issues and recommend practical improvements across Amazon operationsReview account performance and complete assigned operational tasks accuratelyFollow detailed instructions, communicate progress during scheduled team meetings,



and coordinate with the hired agency, GNO, which will provide the strategyRequirementsAt least 2 years of experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns for supplement or skincare brands with gated products and multiple ASINsHands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, including bulk listing work and troubleshooting listing or account issuesExperience using keyword research tools for Amazon listing or PPC optimization, along with the ability to identify keyword-ranking trends in the Amazon marketplaceStrong experience with Amazon PPC reporting and the ability to provide a portfolio or examples of past Amazon PPC campaignsExperience working in the Amazon US marketplaceComfortable following detailed task instructions within an agency-led strategyAvailable during Pacific Time business hours and able to attend scheduled meetings even when they occur late in your local timeBenefitsCompetitive compensation package tailored to experience and qualifications
