Nubank is seeking a data-focused professional to join the People Data & Analytics Core team in Argentina. You will help build analytical and agentic roadmaps for P&C; products and processes, solving complex problems and enabling data-driven decisions across the organization.
You will work cross-functionally with PM, SWE, HR Generalists and P&C; leadership, shaping the employee memory signals and ensuring fairness and guardrails while leveraging SQL, Python and Scala for data extraction.
