Key Responsibilities
• Process daily payments, refunds, and financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle accounts payable activities, including invoice verification and payment preparation.
• Review and validate payment requests, supporting documents, and transaction details.
• Process customer refunds and ensure timely completion of refund requests.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, pending payments, and refund statuses.
• Reconcile payment records and investigate transaction discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments regarding payment-related matters.
• Maintain accurate payment records, invoices, receipts, and financial documentation.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly financial closing activities.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and financial procedures.
• Identify payment errors, resolve processing issues, and recommend workflow improvements.



? Requirements
• Basic knowledge of accounting, payment processing, or financial administration.
• Understanding of accounts payable, invoicing, refunds, and reconciliation procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
