Salary:
1,300 USD/month plus performance bonuses. Full-time, fully remote. Talentige is hiring an Outbound Sales Development Representative to generate new business for a fast-growing US company in the industrial sector. You will prospect decision-makers at manufacturing, industrial, and B2B companies, open conversations, and set qualified meetings for the sales team.

What you'll do
- Prospect daily through cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Research target accounts and identify key contacts (operations, procurement, plant and facility managers)
- Qualify interest and book discovery calls for account executives
- Follow up persistently and move prospects through the top of the pipeline
- Keep activities, notes, and deal stages up to date in the CRM




- Meet weekly activity and meeting targets What you bring
- 2+ years of outbound B2B sales, SDR, BDR, or appointment-setting experience
- Strong spoken and written English (Professional level or higher)
- Confidence making high-volume cold calls to US prospects
- Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive
- Industrial, manufacturing, or technical B2B experience is a strong plus
- Self-driven, organized, and motivated by targets
