We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to support and optimize TP-Link's marketplace operations in Argentina, with a strong focus on Mercado Libre and Official Store management. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Mercado Libre accounts for brands or sellers, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a commercial mindset. This role combines daily marketplace operations, seller relationship management, pricing monitoring, and commercial execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize Mercado Libre product listings, including catalog updates, product descriptions, content accuracy, and publication improvements.
• Monitor marketplace pricing, identify inconsistencies, and follow up on pricing policy compliance across sellers.
• Manage pricing monitoring tools and processes, including Virtual Seller and related reporting.
• Identify pricing violations, communicate required adjustments to sellers, and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage and follow up on marketplace infringement reports and claims through Mercado Libre's Brand Protection Program (BPP).
• Maintain regular communication with existing and potential sellers, including direct outreach and telephone follow-ups.
• Execute commercial initiatives, promotions, and marketplace activities in coordination with the E-Commerce Manager.
• Coordinate operational processes related to commercial incentives, rebates, and credit notes.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, product positioning, and pricing opportunities.
• Analyze marketplace performance and prepare reports using Excel and market intelligence tools.




• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and regional teams to ensure accurate product information and effective marketplace execution. Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Operations, Mercado Libre account management, or similar roles.
• Proven hands-on experience managing Mercado Libre accounts, preferably for brands, official stores, distributors, or established sellers.
• Strong knowledge of Mercado Libre's seller platform, including catalog management, listings, pricing, and marketplace operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, including data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in contacting and following up with sellers.
• Commercial mindset and ability to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Intermediate / advanced English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of marketplace intelligence and pricing tools such as Nubimetrics and Virtual Seller.
• Experience working with technology, consumer electronics, IT, networking, or related industries.
• Familiarity with marketplace pricing policies, seller compliance, and brand protection processes.
• Experience coordinating commercial promotions, rebates, and marketplace campaigns.
