MACA Advisors is seeking an Associate Director to own the analytical and written product on mandates, shaping client-ready deliverables and contributing to transaction decisions. You will work with partners on sell-side, buy-side and capital-raise mandates across Latin America and the Caribbean. You will lead the drafting of CIMs, teasers, bid letters and process documents, while mentoring analysts and engaging with clients and co-advisors.
