Influencer Hero is an all-in-one influencer marketing platform built for direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce brands. We help brands discover the right creators, manage campaigns end to end, and turn influencer marketing into a measurable, scalable growth channel.

We’re looking for a technically minded Integration Consultant to lead our clients through onboarding and implementation of our platform. You’ll own the new-client experience, from initial setup through technical integration and ongoing optimization. If you understand e-commerce tech, communicate clearly and enjoy solving problems, this one’s for you.

Experience: 1+ years in a technical, customer-facing role

What you’ll do

- Manage onboarding for new clients and make sure every implementation lands on time
- Run platform walkthroughs and technical onboarding sessions tailored to each client
- Advise clients on their influencer marketing strategy and how to put it into practice
- Identify integration requirements, guide configuration and make sure deployments succeed
- Answer client questions via Intercom with fast,



accurate fixes for technical issues
- Work with our development team to troubleshoot issues, report bugs and share product feedback
- Build and improve internal documentation and implementation workflows

What we’re looking for

- 1+ years in a customer-facing role involving technical onboarding or implementation
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You pick up how systems work quickly
- Clear, confident communication
- Highly organized, able to juggle multiple implementation timelines at once
- Tech-savvy, with a solid understanding of e-commerce workflows, integrations and troubleshooting across common tools like Shopify and Klaviyo
- A proactive team player who takes initiative and enjoys working cross-functionally
