BairesDev is seeking an IT Recruiter to join our Recruiting Team and drive full cycle recruiting for IT roles across distributed integral teams. This 100% remote position leverages our world-class Top 1% talent network.

You will source, interview, present and close candidates, coordinate with clients and the sales team, and ensure an excellent candidate experience. At least 2 years in recruitment and advanced English are required.
