BairesDev is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of ML engineers building scalable software products. You’ll stay hands-on, write and review code when needed, and guide architecture decisions while focusing on team growth and technical excellence.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Data, ML and Design to deliver ambitious roadmaps. 7+ years in software, 2+ years in leadership, strong TS/Python/Go/Java, cloud (AWS/GCP), and English proficiency are required.
