and turn financial data into clear business insight.Build and improve weekly and monthly P&L; reporting, reforecasting, and business planningAnalyze deviations vs plan, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actions, not just insightsCreate management-ready financial presentations covering P&L;, KPIs, and cash burnPartner closely with Marketing, Operations, Leadership, Accounting, Treasury, and BIImprove FP&A; processes end-to-end: clarity, speed, accuracy, automationHelp establish a culture where every dollar spent is driven by the business planThis is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.Requirements: 5–6+ years of experience in FP&A; or similar financial rolesStrong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysisExperience in e-commerce, tech, or fast-growing environments is a strong plusHighly analytical, detail-oriented, and structured in your thinkingProactive, autonomous, and comfortable operating in ambiguityStrong communicator — you can turn numbers into clear business narrativesBuilder mindset: you improve what exists instead of accepting the status quo
