Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced remote professional.
You will manage day-to-day property management tasks that can be handled remotely.
You will receive fast training.
Responsibilities Of The Role
Answer calls, emails, questions, and complaints from tenants.Send late rent and delinquency notices.Follow up with tenants about outstanding balances.Handle lease renewals and related paperwork.Update and maintain tenant records.Coordinate with on-site maintenance teams and vendors.Handle day-to-day property management administrative tasks remotely.
Required Experience And Qualifications
Direct, hands-on experience in property management.Strong experience using AppFolio.Experience managing long-term residential leases.Experience managing tenant relations.Experience with rent delinquency, rent notices,



and accounts receivable.Experience handling lease renewals and related paperwork.Strong English communication skills with clear verbal communication.Spanish proficiency is required.Ability to answer and manage tenant phone calls professionally.Ability to work during 9 AM–5 PM EST.Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio without constant supervision.C2 English level.
Preferred Skills
Strong understanding of rental property management operations.Experience managing a portfolio of multiple rental units.Strong administrative and follow-up skills.Ability to quickly learn and follow specific processes and procedures.
