Virtustant is seeking a Bilingual Customer Success Manager to guide new clients through our platform and services, onboard caregivers and service providers, and educate families on financial management processes. You will build strong relationships and communicate complex information clearly, working with US-based clients.
There is a four-week training program, and you will work Monday–Friday with Pacific Time hours, performing tasks independently in a full-time remote capacity.
