You will partner with the Head of HR to establish consistent principles, manage benchmarking, and ensure competitive, compliant employment structures for ~15 companies.
You will oversee HR systems, analytics, and post‑acquisition integrations, developing scalable processes and clear recommendations for leadership and deal teams.
