We’re looking for an Unreal Developer to join one of our gaming division projects . This role is preferably based in Mendoza, and requires strong English communication skills. If you’re passionate about building high-quality gameplay features and collaborating with integral teams, we’d love to meet you . You’ll be working on a globally recognized, AAA video game title, collaborating with an international team on high-impact systems.

- Develop, implement, and optimize gameplay features using Unreal Engine and C++.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and technical teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Ensure game performance and stability across multiple platforms.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable C++ code following industry standards.
- Debug and resolve gameplay, performance, and engine-related issues.
- Use Blueprints to rapidly prototype features when needed.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes.




- Work closely with technical leads and producers to meet milestones and project goals.
- Professional experience with Unreal Engine (Blueprints and C++).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Experience with version control systems (Git, Perforce).
- Ability to estimate tasks, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality features.
- Proactive problem-solver with a team-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field.
- Experience working on mobile, PC, or console titles.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and task tracking tools (Jira or similar).
- Understanding of 3D math, physics simulation, and animation systems.
- Experience integrating backend systems, multiplayer frameworks, or networked gameplay.
