SupportYourApp is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our global team and support clients across web, mobile, and backend systems. In this role you’ll diagnose issues, read production logs, run queries against read-only databases, and implement small fixes while escalating complex cases to Engineering.

The idóneo candidate has 2+ years of customer-facing technical support, strong SQL, English at C1, familiarity with PHP/JavaScript/TypeScript, and experience with cloud services like AWS.
