Med School Insiders LLC is hiring a Recruiter to own the recruiting function end to end and consolidate scattered duties into one greenfield process. You will design intake, sourcing, screening funnels, pipelines, and reporting, in close collaboration with the COO.
Initial scope includes seven requisitions across US-based professional sales and remote/integral roles. The role requires initiative, data-driven decision making, and a bias for proactive sourcing over posting.
