Title: Project Manager P1

Department: Project Management

Reports to: Senior Project Manager / PM Director

Position Summary

The Project Manager P1 oversees smaller-scale construction and renovation projects, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and quality standards. Coordinates between clients, contractors, and internal teams, monitoring progress and resolving operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate projects from planning through closeout, developing schedules and monitoring budgets. Serve as primary point of contact for contractors and consultants, facilitating meetings and communicating updates. Conduct site inspections to verify quality and compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies,



and resolve conflicts during execution.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Experience: 2-4 years in construction project management or real estate development.

Technical Competencies: Project management software, Microsoft Office, blueprint reading, and knowledge of building codes.

Skills: Effective communication, organization, multidisciplinary teamwork, problem-solving, and managing multiple priorities.

Desired Certifications: PMP or LEED AP are advantageous.
