About The Company

Our client provides pet waste removal and yard services for homes and businesses.

Job Description

You will support daily administrative tasks and answer incoming sales questions. You will talk to potential clients, answer questions about service packages, give price quotes, and manage schedules.

Responsibilities Of The Role

- Follow up on new service inquiries, website quote requests, and messages from potential clients.
- Explain service plans and teach pet owners about pricing and scheduling.
- Help interested leads book scheduled service visits.
- Call or email potential clients who asked for quotes but have not scheduled service yet.
- Answer customer emails and live chat messages with a friendly tone.
- Help current clients change schedules or update their accounts.
- Update client records and track lead status in the system.
- Handle general administrative tasks to keep daily operations running.

Required Experience And Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support agent,



or Inside Sales worker.
- Ability to talk to potential customers, present service options, and close warm leads.
- Flawless written and spoken English.
- Availability to work 10 to 15 hours per week during daytime business hours in the Central Time Zone.
- Your own dependable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a quiet home office.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with modern customer relationship management software.

Personality

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Software & Tools

- Customer communication tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk.
- Google Workspace.
- Scheduling platforms.

Schedule

Part-time, 10 to 15 hours per week

Versátil scheduling during standard Central Time business hours
