Veralto seeks an experienced HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end integral HR processes from policy intent to execution. This remote role partners with Centers of Excellence, HRSS, IT, Legal and regional teams to drive scalable, compliant process standards and governance across LATAM and beyond.

You will own lifecycle execution for key HR processes, build Standard Work, train teams, and drive continuous improvement using VOC data, KPIs, and automation opportunities.
