In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and improving the automations, integrations, and AI-powered tools that keep operations running for a U.
S. last-mile logistics company. You'll work at the intersection of operations and AI: sitting down with the teams who move packages every day, understanding where time gets lost, and shipping solutions that actually remove that friction. If you love turning messy, manual processes into smooth, intelligent workflows using the latest LLMs, this one's for you. Role Responsibilities
• Design, build, maintain, and continuously improve automations and internal tools that power day-to-day operations for a fast-growing U.
S. last-mile logistics company.
• Develop custom integration tools that connect client systems, carrier platforms, and internal workflows, cutting down manual data entry and operational friction.
• Build AI-powered solutions using LLMs and frameworks such as LangChain, Stack AI, and the Claude Developer Platform.
• Partner closely with operations and specialized teams to gather requirements, map processes, and design tailored solutions that solve real problems.
• Own testing and deployment of projects in cloud environments, making sure every integration is reliable, secure, and runs smoothly in production.
• Research and evaluate new AI models, tools, and techniques,



and bring practical recommendations on where they can add the most value.
• Monitor automations in production, troubleshoot issues, and iterate based on usage data and feedback from the operations team.
• Document workflows, integrations, and prompts so solutions are easy to maintain and scale. How Will You Be Supported? You'll be onboarded to the tech team organization. You will be part of a team and will communicate with them via Slack and Google Meet. Periodic 1-on-1 meetings will be held to ensure you are successful and are having a productive and enjoyable experience. Role Requirements We want all new hires to succeed in their roles at Jetpacks. • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with recent hands-on work building AI/LLM-powered solutions.
• Proven experience designing and shipping custom integrations and process automations (APIs, webhooks, data pipelines).
• Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs, including prompt design and tool/function calling.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks and platforms such as LangChain and Stack AI.
• Solid programming skills in Microsoft .
NET (C#) and/or Python are preferred,



though experience with other stacks is also welcome, especially when combined with effective use of AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience testing and deploying solutions in cloud environments (preferably GCP).
• Strong ability to translate business and operational needs into clear technical solutions.
• Comfortable working directly with non-technical stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
• Advanced English level. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, supply chain, or operations-heavy environments.
• Familiarity with the Claude Developer Platform, agentic workflows, and MCP.
• Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and evaluation of LLM outputs.
• A track record of measurable impact, such as significantly reducing manual work through automation.
• Previous experience working with U.
