About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / QA Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid role for someone who enjoys understanding how a business works, translating those needs into clear requirements, and making sure the software we deliver actually solves the problem it was designed to solve. You will work closely with clients, developers, and project stakeholders throughout the development process—from gathering requirements and defining acceptance criteria to testing functionality and supporting User Acceptance Testing. We are looking for someone who can move comfortably between conversations with clients and detailed validation of the product being built.

What You'll Do
• Gather, analyze,



and document business and functional requirements
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs, workflows, and expectations
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Help clarify requirements and answer questions throughout the development process
• Develop test scenarios and test plans based on business requirements
• Perform manual and functional testing of new features and applications
• Validate new functionality before release
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders
• Ensure delivered functionality aligns with both documented requirements and business expectations
• Communicate project questions, issues, and findings clearly across technical and non-technical teams What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, or a hybrid BA/QA role
• Strong experience gathering and documenting software requirements
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements




• Experience performing manual and functional software testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written documentation skills and attention to detail
• Experience working within Agile software development teams
• Ability to communicate comfortably with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to take ownership of requirements and follow them through development, testing, and delivery
• Professional-level English proficiency, both written and spoken
• The ability to communicate confidently with clients, team members, and business stakeholders Nice to Have: Experience with any of the following would be a plus:
• SQL and data validation
