GRID esports is seeking a proactive Support Operator to join the integral team. You will act as the primary contact for sportsbook customers, respond to queries, investigate operational alerts, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues affecting GRID's Odds products.
You will gather information, escalate when needed, help improve the product through customer feedback, and contribute daily to the knowledge base.
