The Role This is a hands-on, HR role with full ownership over People Operations, Performance Management, Payroll/DP (Brazil), and Workforce Planning. You’ll work closely with leadership and finance to ensure that hiring, performance, and development decisions are aligned with business priorities, budgets, and delivery quality.
