We're looking for a talented, creative and hands-on YouTube Content Manager / Producer to take ownership of our growing portfolio of YouTube channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who genuinely understands YouTube, knows what makes content perform and has the creative and technical skills to make it happen.

You'll oversee several established channels while helping us launch and grow new ones, with a particular focus on compelling long-form content supported by an effective Shorts strategy.

What you'll be doing

- Developing and executing content strategies across multiple YouTube channels.
- Identifying great content, developing episode ideas and crafting engaging narratives.
- Producing and editing high-quality long-form videos and Shorts.
- Creating compelling thumbnails, titles and packaging that drive clicks and engagement.
- Optimising content for audience retention, watch time and channel growth.
- Analysing performance and continually improving our approach.
- Working with our content acquisition teams to identify and source suitable footage.

What we're looking for
- Proven experience growing and managing successful YouTube channels.
- Excellent storytelling instincts and a strong editorial eye.
- Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro skills and proficiency in Photoshop.
- A thorough understanding of YouTube's algorithm, audience retention, thumbnails, titles and best practices.
- Experience producing both long-form videos and Shorts.
- Someone who is equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling up their sleeves to create content.

3. Editing portfolio: Examples of videos they have personally edited using Adobe Premiere Pro, including at least one long-form video.
4. Creative examples: Examples of thumbnails, titles or episode concepts they have personally developed.
5. Strategy and performance: A brief explanation of how their creative, editorial or optimisation decisions contributed to improved YouTube performance.
