SupportYourApp is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join a integral, multilingual team. You will troubleshoot escalated issues, read code, and analyze logs across web, mobile, and backend systems while collaborating with Engineering to deliver exceptional customer service.

The adecuado candidate has 2+ years in L1/L2/L3 support, strong English (C1), SQL, and hands-on PHP/JS/TS with AWS or similar cloud experience. USD compensation and remote EU work options available.
