Work From Anywhere is seeking an AI Vision Platform Technical Support Engineer to provide Tier 2/3 support for a Kubernetes-based enterprise video analytics platform.
This fully remote role targets LATAM-based candidates and requires working U.S.East Coast business hours.
You will reproduce environments, troubleshoot software, infra, networking, and deployment issues, and collaborate with Engineering and Sales to resolve tickets.
