Remitee, a rapidly expanding fintech company specializing in international payments, is seeking a Senior Product Owner – Integrations.

As the Senior Product Owner, you will play a key role in shaping the product strategy and execution of Remitee's integrations with its partners. Your mission will be to lead the integration lifecycle from conception through launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements. You will bridge various teams across the organization, including Technology, Compliance, Finance, and Sales, as well as external partners, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous improvement of our integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate on defining and implementing the integrations roadmap, aligned with Remitee's overarching business strategy. Constantly refine it based on market trends, customer and partner feedback, and internal priorities.
- End-to-End Lifecycle: Oversee all stages of integrations, from requirements definition through go-live, ensuring they are scalable across multiple geographies and partners.
- Requirements Definition: Lead the product definitions for each integration, working closely with Compliance and other teams, and making decisions that balance risk, business, and customer experience.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the connector between internal teams and external partners, aligning product goals with business objectives.
- Product Development: Work with development teams to define clear goals, manage the product backlog, and ensure delivery timelines. Prioritize based on business value,



scalability, and user feedback.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive processes and documentation that enable integrations to scale in an orderly and efficient way.
- Agile Management: Use agile methodologies to manage the backlog, prioritize tasks, and drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve successful launches.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years as a Product Owner, ideally within Fintech, Payments, or related industries.
- Nice to have: proven experience in third-party integrations and end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience working with agile frameworks and cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills:

- Technical profile with a backend focus and experience in API integrations.
- Ability to collaborate with development teams, manage backlogs, and communicate technical and business requirements effectively.
- Familiarity with payment systems, financial technologies, and regulatory frameworks.

Business Acumen:

- Strategic mindset to align product decisions with business goals.
- Comfortable making decisions and owning the associated risks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.




- Proactive and results-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Language & Communication:

- Advanced English and Spanish proficiency required.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
