Objetivo del puesto:
Analizar la ocasión comercial para nuevos formatos de Tiendas, identificando ubicaciones potenciales y proponer iniciativas que aseguren el cumplimiento de las metas de venta, servicio y experiencia del cliente.
Su rol combina una mirada estratégica del negocio con un análisis profundo de información numérica, permitiendo traducir datos en acciones comerciales concretas y efectivas.
Asimismo, actúa como un facilitador entre la estrategia comercial y la ejecución en tiendas.
¿Cómo lo lograrás?
Analizarás la oportunidad comercial de posibles ubicaciones y nuevos formatos de tienda, buscando maximizar el potencial comercial y la rentabilidad por metro cuadrado.
Definirás el plan de lanzamiento/apertura de cada uno de dichos formatos, así como el plan comercial de mantenimiento (campañas, productos a impulsar, activaciones, comunicación)
Monitorearás y analizarás los resultados, así como proponer iniciativas y cambios para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos
Propondrás el Panel de la tienda y los colaboradores (BSC) para dichos formatos
¿Qué necesitamos de ti?
Bachiller en Ingeniería industrial, Administración, Economía o carreras afines
Experiencia de 3 años de experiencia en áreas comerciales
Manejo de herramientas de análisis de datos:- Excel - nivel mínimo requerido: Intermedio- Power BI: deseable- SQL- nivel mínimo requerido: Básico
Inglés y Office avanzado

We are seeking a motivated professional to conduct field experiments with GMO crops and crop protection products to answer key project questions and support biological characterization in Pergamino.
Your Challenge:
Coordinate trial establishment, maintenance, and data collection, ensuring high-quality standards.
Analyze data and interpret results to provide insights and recommendations.
Present relevant results and conclusions to project managers and other stakeholders.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
To Grow What Matters, you Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or a related field (minimum requirement).
Strong agronomic technical knowledge.
Proficiency in English: ability to speak, write, and understand English fluently.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.




Discipline to work under strict protocols to ensure data quality and biosafety.
Availability to drive and willingness to travel
Desired Experience:
Background in Plant Pathology and or entomology and or weed management and statistics.
Experience working in a regulated environment and familiarity with field research protocols are a plus.
This is a fixed term contract for 1 (one) year.
