Lead business and technology transformation initiatives for global Consumer Goods and Retail clients across commercial, customer, retail, and supply chain functions.Advise senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Retail, Supply Chain, and Analytics, turning complex business challenges into clear recommendations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps.Design and implement new capabilities, processes, operating models, and technology solutions to drive measurable business outcomes.Manage project scope, timelines, risks, quality, and stakeholder expectations while leading and developing multidisciplinary teams across geographies.Identify opportunities to use data, automation,

IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:Candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.You must have 8+ years of experience in management, strategy, or technology consulting, ideally serving Consumer Goods or Retail clients,



or in business/technology transformation roles within these industries.Proven ability to lead client engagements, major workstreams, and multidisciplinary teams, with accountability for delivery outcomes, stakeholder management, and complex transformation initiatives.Deep expertise in omation, observability, auto‐remediation, platform resilience, deployment safety, performance, security, capacity management, and cloud cost efficiency.
Partner with Security, Governance, Analytics, IT, and platform stakeholders to ensure least‐privilege access, secrets management, auditability, controlled changes, and appropriate handling of regulated data.
Review technical designs and high‐impact changes, challenge assumptions, document tradeoffs, and ensure solutions remain secure, scalable, and supportable within the managed‐service operating model.
Mentor Senior and Middle‐level engineers, delegate ownership effectively, improve team practices, and build consistent technical capability across the distributed team.
Maintain alignment between the LatAm and India coverage windows through clear ownership, escalation paths, operating procedures, and structured handoffs.
Participate in the senior escalation and on‐call model for critical incidents outside staffed service hours.
