MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group busca un/a Consultor/a UX/UI SAP para sumarse a un servicio AMS de largo plazo sobre SAP S/4HANA en una compañía líder del sector energético / Oil & Gas.
El rol se integra al servicio con foco en el diseño de la experiencia de usuario en aplicaciones SAP.
EL DESAFÍO
Las aplicaciones que usan miles de personas tienen que ser simples: el diseño de experiencia define si una solución se adopta o no.
Vas a integrarte a una célula ágil de consultores funcionales y técnicos que sostiene la operación diaria y los evolutivos de la plataforma.
RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES
Diseñar experiencias de usuario y prototipos en Figma.
Aplicar los lineamientos de diseño de SAP Fiori.
Colaborar con desarrolladores UI5 y configurar SAP Work Zone.
Validar diseños con usuarios principal.
REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES
Experiencia comprobable en UX/UI sobre aplicaciones SAP.
Conocimiento de SAPUI5, Fiori, Work Zone y SAP BTP.
Dominio de Figma.
CONOCIMIENTOS DESEABLES
Portafolio de proyectos.
Experiencia en entornos SAP S/4HANA.
Experiencia previa en la industria Oil & Gas.

Modalidad: Remoto, con reuniones presenciales puntuales en Puerto Madero (CABA) para residentes en le.
We're looking for someone who has been exposed to high standards of quality, complex accounting work and demanding client environments, and who is ready to take that experience into a more hands-on, ownership-driven role.
You're confident owning full-cycle accounting, month-end close and financial reporting , while also reviewing work, managing priorities and ensuring that client deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
You're comfortable working directly with clients, founders,



CFOs and senior finance professionals .
You communicate clearly in English and can explain what the numbers mean — not just what the numbers are.
This role is 100% in English , both internally and with clients.
You're also someone who likes to figure things out .
If something looks wrong, you investigate it.
If you don't know the answer, you find it.
If there's a better way to do something, you speak up.
You're comfortable making decisions, taking ownership and working independently without needing every step spelled out.
You have experience reviewing or mentoring other accountants and are comfortable providing guidance, giving feedback and taking responsibility for the quality of the work delivered by your team.
Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Taxprep or CaseWare is a plus, as is experience working with SaaS, technology, fintech or Web3 companies .
A CPA designation or active CPA pursuit is also a plus.
