JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
The Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect will focus on technology implementations, governance and enhancements of tax elements in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and improvements of tax processes within the LATAM region.
With limited supervision, this job develops tax solutions and advice on tax requirements in ERP systems.
In this role you will work in close liaison with the wider tax team and connect with the technology deployment, sustain & optimize teams, collaborate with DT&D; to contribute to efficient tax determination and resulting reporting processes.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
**TAX SOLUTIONS:** Support the tax technology implementations (ERP and applications), including the gathering of local tax requirements with country or regional tax experts, assisting on the initial design process, performing analysis, testing and assisting on the creation of trainings following a go live.
**TAX ERP ANALYSIS:** Support with building and the maintenance of tax requirements in ERP systems and tax dedicated applications,



following a standard tax methodology to gather and meet tax requirements.
**TAX ARCHITECTURE:** Assure that the tax requirements are designed, documented and implemented in a consistent manner across all areas within tax using the Tax Methodology, including assisting with the controls in the ERP space, such as the monitoring of tax logic in ERP.
**TAX LIASON:** Collaborate with other tax content architects and tax managers to come to a joined solution.

Know when AI‐generated content needs significant rewriting
Are organized enough to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deliverables
Can work independently while staying aligned with a remote team
Look for growth opportunities based on genuine client needs rather than pushing unnecessary services
What a Typical Day Looks Like
Your day will operate on U.S.



Mountain Time and balance proactive client management with hands‐on marketing execution.
You may start by reviewing overnight client messages and identifying anything requiring immediate attention.
From there, you could optimize Google Business Profiles, review Search Console for ranking changes or crawl issues, and analyze Google Analytics data for upcoming client reports.
You may use Claude or ChatGPT to accelerate content, research, or recommendations before applying your own judgment and editing the final output.
Afternoons may include client check‐ins or internal meetings to align on priorities and resolve outstanding issues.
In short: you'll own client relationships while ensuring their Local SEO work is executed, measured, communicated, and continuously improved.
