What this Journey Looks Like
At Pearster, we are looking for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist to join a project for one of our international clients.
The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in strategic procurement, supplier negotiations, vendor management, and cost optimization.
This role will focus on developing sourcing strategies, identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating commercial agreements, and improving procurement processes to achieve operational efficiency and cost savings.
We are looking for a proactive professional with strong analytical and negotiation skills who can independently manage sourcing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Lead and Build
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, reliability, and service levels.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with business needs.
Lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, contract terms, and commercial conditions.
Manage RFQ and RFP processes, from supplier identification through proposal evaluation.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement optimization initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Monitor supplier performance and establish procurement KPIs.
Analyze purchasing data, market trends, and supplier proposals to support decision-making.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other departments to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
Support contract management and procurement process improvements.
What You Bring to the Table
Proven experience leading supplier negotiations and managing sourcing processes.
Strong knowledge of RFQ, RFP, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
Demonstrated ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize purchasing processes.
Experience managing supplier relationships and perforhe highest-impact tests are always briefed and run next.Funnels - Run split tests on every paid-acquisition funnel each week, and build new funnels and landing pages that match our ad angles to lift conversion rate and RPV.Build, QA and launch tests - Brief our web developer and designer, QA every variant (tracking, prices, discount codes, mobile and desktop) and launch tests on time, every week.Results, winners and conversion monitoring - Call finished tests honestly, ship the winners, and catch any conversion drop the same day.CRO agency - Manage our CRO agency's test list, targets and results, and decide with the Head of Growth when the work moves in-house.CRO reporting and meetings - Report conversion rate, RPV, AOV, tests live and win rate weekly, and run the weekly CRO & Funnels meeting.

Salary Expectation
USD $4,000 - $6,000+ per month (based on experience and expertise).
