We are looking for a Software Asset Management Specialist with hands-on experience in software licensing and the ability to operate effectively in a high-volume, multivendor environment.
This role is part of Innovation & Technology - Infrastructure Technology & Operations and reports to the SAM Hub Leader.
You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams, software publishers and regional/global stakeholders to support accurate licensing decisions, timely service delivery, compliance and software optimization.
WSP manages a diverse software environment involving hundreds of publishers, different licensing models and frequently changing operational priorities.




Success in this position requires technical licensing knowledge, strong attention to detail and the ability to move quickly between different requests and publisher requirements.Your ImpactAs Software Asset Management Specialist, you will:Manage software licensing requests across the full lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing.Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across multiple publishers and licensing models.Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records, including purchasing and licensing information.Coordinate renewals, assignments, reallocations and software optimollaborative Team – Join a fast-paced environment that values creativity, quality, and innovation.
