Coordinate Cross-Functional TeamsCollaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve potential roadblocks.
Manage Workload & ResourcesAssess team capacity, redistribute tasks when necessary, and ensure the right resources are in place to meet project objectives.
Track & Report ProgressIdentify at-risk tasks using project tracking reports, elevate issues promptly, and keep stakeholders updated on project status.
Optimize ProcessesSpot inefficiencies in the workflow, recommend improvements, and implement best practices to enhance creative operations.
Facilitate CommunicationServe as the main touchpoint for internal teams, providing clear, regular status updates and ensuring deadlines are met.
