KittySpout / DoggySpout is looking for a hands-on CRO Lead to join our team!
You will own every conversion test across our site, landing pages, paid-acquisition funnels, on-site offers and post-purchase upsells.
This is an all-in-one role: you set the strategy and you do the work - building the backlog, briefing and QA-ing tests, launching them and shipping the winners.
We spend $2,000,000+ per month on Meta, so your tests reach significance fast.
We are looking to hire someone with 3-4+ years running CRO programs for Shopify DTC brands.
The adecuado candidate has deep hands-on Intelligems experience, has built and tested paid-acquisition funnels, and can show the data behind tests that lifted conversion rate, AOV or revenue per visitor.

Outcomes (what success looks like)
90-day targets for each outcome are agreed with you before your start date.
Conversion rate and revenue per visitor rise on both brands - measured weekly by brand (Intelligemsr transactional datasets.
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
Exposure to marketing analytics, consumer insights, or market measurement environments.
Experience building data tables or views that feed dashboards and recurring reports.
