Compensation
This is a remote position open to candidates worldwide.
Engagement structure (employee or contractor) will be determined in accordance with local labor law based on the candidate's location.




Compensation will be structured in accordance with local employment requirements — as salary for employees or as fees for contractors — with stock option grants where applicable.
Your exact rate will be determined based on your experience, skills, and level, as well as current market benchmarks.
The base compensation range for this role is $140,000 – $200,000 (annualized; pro-rated based on engagement terms).
