In this role, you'll lead cross‐functional programs that span Engineering, Product, Threat Research, and Operations - ensuring teams stay aligned, dependencies are managed, and critical products ship on time to protect millions of users worldwide.
What you'll do
Own product delivery across the full software development lifecycle - requirements, design, development, testing, and release - across both cloud and appliance‐based product lines
Drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Threat Research, Operations, and Customer Support on programs that span multiple teams and timelines
Coordinate across multiple Agile teams using scaled Agile practices including aligning sprints, managing cross‐team dependencies, and driving program‐level delivery rhythm

Lead strategic planning and end‐to‐end delivery for multiple programs simultaneously, balancing long‐term goals with day‐to‐day execution
Manage cross‐team dependencies, surface blockers early, and drive timely decisions to keep programs on track

Evaluate scope changes and shifting priorities, communicating impact clearly and aligning teams on the path forward
Build and maintain proactive risk management practices across all programs
Mentor intermediate program managers and contribute to building a high‐performing, collaborative team
What we're looking for
7 years of program management experience in a software or product engineering organization
Solid understanding of software development processes and the ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams on technical delivery
Experience working with multiple Agile teams at scale - familiar with scaled Agile frameworks and cross‐team coordination practices such as Scrum of Scrums
Strong influencing and relationship‐building skills across engineering, product, and leadership teams
Excellent communication skills - able to present complex information clearly to audiences at all levels
Hands‐on experience with Jira and Confluence; proficient with dashboards and program metrics
Able to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities with a clear head and sound judgment
Nicys and paralegals in engaging clients throughout the representation
Serve as the bridge between clients and the legal team: surface client questions and concerns to attorneys and paralegals, and relay guidance back to clients clearly
Return phone calls and reply to emails from clients and potential clients
Proactively provide status updates so clients always understand where their case stands and what comes next, rather than only responding when contacted
Set and manage clear expectations with clients about timelines, the process, and what will be required of them at each stage
Work with clients to ensure they perform tasks designated for them in developing their cases
Proactively identify clients who are disengaged, confused, or at risk of missing a step in their case, and intervene before it becomes a problem
Coordinate case logistics: scheduling appointments and preparation sessions, sending reminders, and following up to keep clients engaged
Proactively manage cases to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain tracking systems specifically built to catch clients before they fall through the cracks, not just to track deadlines
Compile and submit filings to immigration agencies
Perform administrative tasks as assigned
Contribute to the development and improvement of company protocols and processes
