The Referral Program Manager plays a vital, strategic role within the firm.
In this role, you will lead our Client Relationship Program, conducting intentional check-ins, celebrations, and milestone conversations with current and former clients.
These are not transactional follow-ups.
They are moments of care that ensure clients feel remembered, supported, and genuinely connected to the firm long after their legal matter concludes.
Through these touchpoints, you will deepen trust, uncover evolving needs, and reinforce our commitment to lifelong client relationships.
You will also lead a structured client referral initiative, designed to transform positive client experiences into a consistent and values-aligned source of new matters.
By formalizing outreach, follow-up, and referral tracking, you will make it easy and natural for satisfied clients to refer friends, family members, and community contacts who may need our help.
In addition, you will serve as the primary steward of our Team 100 Referral Ecosystem, a curated network of attorney and non-attorney professionals.
