Their team partners with colleges to develop campaigns that drive enrollment and engagement.
In this role, you will edit and optimize video content for advertising, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns.
You'll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure high-quality content tailored for platforms like YouTube, social media, and paid media campaigns.
As part of the agency's expansion into Latin America, you'll play a key role in shaping video content strategies and ensuring seamless execution across projects.
What You'll Do:
Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns, ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistency.
Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and smooth transitions.
Integrate motion graphics and simple animations (text overlays, transitions, logo animations) to improve engagement.
Optimize videos for different platforms , ensuring correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails based on distribution channels.
Collaborate with creative teams —designers, copywriters, and strategists—to align visuals with marketing goals.
Manage video files and organize assets , ensuring structured workflows and version control.
Review edits and refine content based on internal and client feedback before final delivers, and accountability for marketing performance and business outcomes.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment and collaborate effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams.




At least 2 years of team management experience is preferred.
Experience developing direct-to-consumer strategies for a gaming publisher, particularly in webshop or digital storefront environments, is an advantage.
Familiarity with African markets, the Middle East, or other emerging markets is considered a plus.
