Pfm seeks a Technical Project Manager for Data Center work with a remote-first setup.
You will own client relationships, drive end-to-end project deliProject/Program Management, Business, or related field preferred.Solid understanding of the mining lifecycle: exploration, feasibility, permitting, construction, and operations.6+ years of progressive experience in the mining industry, with at least 3-5 years managing complex programs or multi‐project portfolios.Program/project management certification (PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) strongly preferred.Demonstrated experience working with government authorities, regulators, and local communities, ideally in Latin America.Track record managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams in greenfield or brownfield mining environments.Strong leadership, stakeholder management,



and cross‐cultural communication skills.Excellent planning, organizational, and risk‐management capabilities.Proficiency in program management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and reporting platforms.Strong written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.Sound judgment, problem‐solving ability, and resilience in complex, high‐visibility environments.Preferred / AdvantageousPrior experience operating in Central America.Familiarity with ESG frameworks, social performance standards (IFC PS, ICMM), and community development programs.Experience interacting with public‐sector counterparts and multilateral institutions.
