About the jobWe're looking for an Automation QA Engineer with strong automation skills who also takes ownership of manual testing for our desktop and mobile applications.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environmentsReport clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixesWork with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteriaPerform hands-on functional, explos.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
Excellent planning, organizational, and risk‐management capabilities.
Proficiency in program management tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) and reporting platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.
Sound judgment, problem‐solving ability, and resilience in complex, high‐visibility environments.
Preferred / Advantageous
Prior experience operating in Central America.
Familiarity with ESG frameworks, social performance standards (IFC PS, ICMM), and community development programs.
