Their team partners with colleges to develop campaigns that drive enrollment and engagement.
In this role, you will edit and optimize video content for advertising, brand storytelling, and digital campaigns .
You'll collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure high-quality content tailored for platforms like YouTube, social media, and paid media campaigns .
As part of the agency's expansion into Latin America, you'll play a key role in shaping video content strategies and ensuring seamless execution across projects.
What You'll Do
Edit and assemble video content for ads, social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns, ensuring strong storytelling and brand consistency.
Enhance video quality through color correction, sound design, and smooth transitions.
Integrate motion graphics and simple animations (text overlays, transitions, logo animations) to improve engagement.
Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring correct aspect ratios, pacing, subtitles, and thumbnails based on distribution channels.
Collaborate with creative teams — designers, copywriters, and strategists—to align visuals with marketing goals.
Manage video files and organize assets, ensuring structured workflows and version control.
Review edits and refine content based on internal and client feedback before final delivery.
Stay updated on new editing techniques and platform trends to continuously improve video effectiveness.




Ensure timely delivery of final assets, accounting for internal and client review steps.
Is This You?
3+ years of experience in professional video editing, preferably in an agency, media production, or marketing team setting.
Adrkflows and CI/CD practices .
Experience designing reliable, scalable, and production-ready distributed systems.Strong debugging skills across APIs, infrastructure, networking, application services, and data pipelines.Experience working directly with customers, stakeholders, or technical partners.Ability to translate complex customer requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.Strong communication skills and the ability to operate effectively in customer-facing technical conversations.High degree of autonomy and ownership when solving ambiguous technical problems.Highly Relevant ExperienceExperience with any of the following will be especially valuable:Identity and Access Management (IAM )Identity Providers (IdPs )Identity SecurityCybersecurity platformsSIEM systemsSecurity telemetryNetwork securityEndpoint securitySASE / Zero Trust environmentsCloud securityLarge-scale event processingStreaming architecturesIntegration ExperiencePrevious experience integrating APIs or data from platforms such as the following is highly valuable:AWSMicrosoft AzureGoogle CloudMicrosoft Entra ID / Active DirectoryOktaGoogle WorkspaceDuoCrowdStrikeZscalerPalo AltoMicrosoft DefenderSIEM and security analytics platformsDirect experience with every platform is not required.

Solution Architecture or Forward Deployed Engineering experience.
