We are collaborating with a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the construction permitting industry in the U.S.
They serve 5,000+ licensed contractors across Florida, Ohio, and Michigan, and are looking for a key team member in Latin America to be the first point of contaized.Customer feedback is collected and communicated effectively to support service quality.
Typical Day
You'll start by reviewing the day's cleaning appointments, confirming outstanding bookings, and responding to client messages.
Throughout the day, you'll process new inquiries, update client profiles, coordinate rescheduling requests, and communicate appointment changes to homeowners.
You'll also maintain accurate records, assist the administrative team with routine tasks, and follow up with clients after completed cleanings to gather feedback.
By the end of the day, you'll ensure outstanding requests are addressed and upcoming appointments are organized.
