Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders, particularly users located in the United States, to understand their needs and objectives.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
Define, refine, and prioritize tasks for development teams.
Support technical teams during the implementation phase, providing clarification and guidance on functional requirements.
Validate delivered solutions to ensure they meet business expectations and functional specifications.

Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional analysis role.
Strong knowledge of Market Risk concepts, processes, and related financial products.
Experience working with: Value at Risk (VaR) and Stress Testing
Proven ability to analyze, define, and structure complex business requirements.
Experience working closely with software development teams in Agile and/or traditional project environments.
Upper‐intermediate to advanced English level (minimum B2 ) with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders based in the United States.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable development requirements.
