The Senior Consultant, Tax Content Architect will focus on technology implementations, governance and enhancements of tax elements in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and improvements of tax processes within the LATAM region.
With limited supervision, this job develops tax solutions and advice on tax requirements in ERP systems.
In this role you will work in close liaison with the wider tax team and connect with the technology deployment, sustain & optimize teams, collaborate with DT&D; to contribute to efficient tax determination and resulting reporting processes.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES TAX SOLUTIONS: Support the tax technology implementations (ERP and applications), including the gathering of local tax requirements with country or regional tax experts, assisting on the initial design process, performing analysis, testing and assisting on the creation of trainings following a go live.
TAX ERP ANALYSIS:



Support with building and the maintenance of tax requirements in ERP systems and tax dedicated applications, following a standard tax methodology to gather and meet tax requirements.
TAX ARCHITECTURE: Assure that the tax requirements are designed, documented and implemented in a consistent manner across all areas within tax using the Tax Methodology, including assisting with the controls in the ERP space, such as the monitoring of tax logic in ERP.
TAX LIASON: Collaborate with other tax content architservice delivery, and recommend tailored solutions
Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that enhance client engagement and retention
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing roles with a focus on customer interaction
Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a plus
Familiarity with sales administration processes and analysis skills to interpret client data effectively
Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is highly desirable
Exceptional customer service skills with a clear understanding of HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and organization
Multilingual capabilities to serve diverse client populations effectively
